Initiative, collaboration, flexibility and service are the keywords for Thyborøn Port’s DNA. Nowhere else is the distance from thought to targeted action as short as here. Combined with a large area, new heavy cargo quay facilities and a competent and flexible workforce, the Port of Thyborøn is a serious, proactive and alternative strategic partner for future wind turbine projects that need to be handled and serviced efficiently and quickly 24/7/365.
Large flexible maritime service industry with great diversity of skills. Welders, electricians, carpenters, coating etc. floating dock with 6,000 tons capacity.
Thyborøn Port is located on the west coast of Denmark with direct access to the North Sea. The port is categorized as a port of refuge with the port entrance facing east in Thyborøn Channel in the Limfjord. This means that the port has optimal sailing conditions all year round. Even when the North Sea shows its harsh side, the harbor can be navigated with the east-facing entrance.
