The task of the competence center is to train and develop competent employees for the blue professions.

North Sea College offers all kinds of training and courses for employees in the blue industries. This includes basic training, continuing education, courses and advice for both employees and owners in the industry.

The competence center offers targeted, interdisciplinary and qualifying training that equips employees in blue Denmark for the challenges of the future. In addition, we offer continuing education in other relevant subject areas such as management, finance, languages and IT.

The competence center has the fishing industry, blue industries, ports and fish auctions as close partners. We actively contribute to the development of the blue business community by collecting, disseminating and sharing new knowledge.

The competence center is housed in modern and well-equipped premises, making it a very attractive venue for hosting events of all kinds.

Among other things, we can offer catering, accommodation and would like to help with the practical planning and execution of the event.

We can also plan and organize competence development and events around the country, so you can get exactly the course or event you want locally.
