Gardit has workshops in Viborg, Fasterholt, Esbjerg and Lindø. The total workshop capacity consists of 18,000 m² of climate-controlled and well-appointed workshops with a total of 186,000 m² for unloading and storage. The workshops have capacity for structures up to 100 tons and with dimensions of 5 x 7 x 45 meters.
Gardit performs surface treatment in ports, shipyards and on ships at sea.

Repair and maintenance at sea places extraordinary demands on safety and the working environment, and requires specially trained personnel. Including execution under stricter standards with specially developed tools and equipment.

Gardit performs surface treatment of tower sections, blades, cabins and other components for the wind turbine industry that require 20 years lifetime per unit. When you consider that turbines must be able to withstand weather, wind and environmental conditions, this places great demands on all stages of the production process, which must be documented to the smallest detail from receipt to delivery.
